Is your child entering first grade this fall? Then, now is the time to register your child for Children’s Faith Formation. Diocesan policy requires two-year programming for all children whose parents desire that they receive First Holy Communion. Year I begins in the First Grade. The Sacraments of Reconciliation (a.k.a., Penance or Confession) and First Holy Communion are received in the Spring of Year II (generally near the end of 2nd grade).
