You can return these forms to the dropbox outside the main parish office door, bring them to the office during business hours, or mail them to the parish at:

Once submitted, a member of our parish staff will reach out to you with more information on how you can get involved in our church and answer any questions you may have. You will also receive a phone call from our Welcome Committee, our volunteer group who are ready and willing to help you find your place in our parish family and/or learn more about how we can better serve you and your family.
