St. Catherine of Siena's funeral planning staff and volunteer teams provide assistance to grieving families in planning services for their family member, consult and work with area funeral homes to provide a seamless experience, are present for services that take place at the parish, offer resources for grieving families following the funeral liturgy, and provide an opportunity for families to gather in remembrance of their loved ones during an annual remembrance service in November.
St. Catherine’s offers a variety of services to help families as they face the death of a loved one. Funeral planning is conducted with the family and our parish priests and office staff.
At that time, the staff will assist you in the planning of the funeral service and any other vigil or graveside services that you have requested. If available, the parish priest will join the planning meeting, but is also available to speak with the family after the planning meeting has taken place.
There is also an annual remembrance service held in November to honor those who have died during the year. We look forward to inviting all families back to remember their loved ones and share in a sense of community.
