  No child will be denied Catholic Faith Formation for reason of financial hardship. If for any reason you cannot afford the book fees or program fees, please contact Johnna Makuch.
  
  Sacramental Formation for First Holy Communion and Confirmation in our Diocese is a two-year program. The two-year program as defined by St. Catherine's Church is from September - May.
  Full payment for the family is due at the time of registration and can be made using our Online Giving and Payments Portal. If you are uncomfortable you can pay the fee by cash/check in the office at the time of registration.
