Are you looking for a meaningful way to serve others and live out your faith? The Ark Shelter, a safe haven for youth in crisis, is seeking volunteers from our parish community to support their mission of healing, hope, and growth. This is a wonderful opportunity to use your time, talents, and passions to make a lasting impact in the lives of young people who need it most. Whether you enjoy organizing, gardening, or sharing a skill or hobby you love, there’s a place for you at The Ark. Every act of service—large or small—helps create a space of peace, beauty, and possibility for youth at the shelter.
Current Needs: Donation Room Support: Help organize donated items (2 hours every other week, M–F, any time before 5 PM, done by 7 PM).
Flower Garden Beautification: Tend to the shelter’s gardens and bring joy through beauty (2 hours every other week, M–F, before 5 PM, done by 7 PM).
Creative Skill Sharing: Are you 18 or older and passionate about something creative—music, poetry, arts & crafts, cooking, or another hands-on skill?
Share what you love with youth who are eager to learn and grow. Individuals or small groups are welcome! (Evenings after 3 PM, Tues/Thurs/Fri).
Let your light shine!
