The St. Catherine Respect Life Ministry was launched in January 2021. Even though they no longer have formal meetings, they are still active in our parish.
Maintenance of the Mary Garden. Over the last five years, significant improvements were made and we rededicated the garden in June 2024.
Praying the Rosary in the Mary Garden after the Monday morning Mass. They will start this back up in June, weather permitting.
Caring Network Fundraiser. This is scheduled for September 26th to October 4th. This is a parish-wide fundraiser led by the Knights of Columbus with support from Women of the Word, Respect Life Ministry, and Youth Ministry.
Purchase of Pro-Life Prayer Cards. 18 months ago, they received a very generous donation to their ministry. They have used some of the money to periodically offer parishioners prayer cards. The most recent prayer cards were for Mother's Day. You will also see prayer cards for Father's Day.

The St. Catherine Knights of Columbus Council is very active in Respect Life events. In addition to the Caring Network Fundraiser, they coordinate the prayer vigils to end abortion; 40 Days for Life and Life Chain and many other events.
