Hopefully some of you were able to see the information tables at the picnic or in the Narthex regarding some of our parish works and ministries and volunteer opportunities such as Faith Formation, El Sitio, and the works that our other groups such as Respect Life do. Please keep them in your prayers as we are in the beginning weeks of our fall programs!

It was nice to see all of you who attended our annual parish picnic and there were a lot of happy faces.

Sometimes we all need to be corrected, but if the correction comes out of love it’s far more likely to be received positively.

It’s our annual picnic day! I hope you will join us on Sunday, after the 11:00 am Mass in the Stanley Centre and outside.

Due to the first Monday of September being Labor Day, the group has decided to move the gathering to Tuesday, September 5, at 11:30 am. Primetimers will be meeting at Jac’s Cekola’s Pizza, 7640 S. Westnedge Ave., Portage, MI 49002.
